FSTS will establish a Resource and Career Development Center to provide job seekers with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including access to AI & IT Training and Emerging Skills Training opportunities. 

The center will offer:

• A comprehensive database of job listings, training programs, including Microsoft 365 Training, and certification opportunities.

• Access to free and low-cost training options through partnerships.

• Individual career assessments and job search coaching.

• A networking hub where job seekers can connect with hiring employers and industry professionals.

Business Incubator: Establish a business incubator to provide small business training, mentorship, and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs.

To strengthen workforce engagement, FSTS will host: 

Virtual Job Fairs:

- Online employer showcases featuring opportunities in AI & IT Training

- Webinars and industry panel discussions focusing on Emerging Skills Training

- Virtual networking opportunities to connect with industry leaders

In-Person Job Fairs:

- Resume review and on-the-spot interviews to support candidates for roles in Microsoft 365 Training

Keep an eye out for FSTS's Mobile Training Unit: a high-tech mobile training unit designed to offer AI & IT Training, Emerging Skills Training, and Microsoft 365 Training in rural and underserved areas. We will participate in Festivals, Food Truck Rodeos, and more.
