Our experience spans the entire implementation lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to training development, delivery, go‑live support, and hypercare. We help organizations adopt new systems smoothly by providing clear, engaging training that meets learners where they are.
As part of our commitment to innovation and community empowerment, FSTS is gearing up to introduce Drone Awareness Workshops and Information Sessions, along with AI Information Sessions. These programs will help youth, adults, and seniors explore emerging technologies, understand real‑world applications, and gain exposure to new career pathways. These sessions are the first step toward our long‑term vision: launching a full Drone Academy and bringing Drone Soccer to Rocky Mount.
Our job development services take a holistic approach, recognizing both past and present skill sets while preparing individuals for future opportunities. We offer resume support, interview coaching, mock interviews, career counseling, and job matching aligned with newly acquired skills. To further support job seekers, we are introducing an Interview Boutique, providing professional attire for both in‑person and virtual interviews so clients can show up with confidence.

Felicia M. Sanders is a training professional and workforce development advocate with extensive experience supporting full‑lifecycle ERP implementations across healthcare, government, higher education, and corporate environments. She specializes in HCM, FIN, and SCM modules and has trained thousands of learners on major applications including Workday, Infor, SAP, Oracle, UKG, and ShiftWizard.
Felicia’s passion for community empowerment comes from her own story. As a military child, she learned discipline and resilience early on. When her father deployed and later retired, her mother worked hard to ensure the family had everything they needed and even some of what they wanted. After moving to Rocky Mount, Felicia grew up in the Weeks Armstrong community, where she developed a deep understanding of the importance of access, opportunity, and support.
Before entering ERP training, Felicia worked with organizations focused on affordable housing, environmental justice, and health disparities and planning and directing meetings and conferences both nationally and internally. These experiences shaped her commitment to helping underserved communities build confidence and career readiness.
In 2023, she founded Felicia Sanders Training Solutions, LLC to bring her technical expertise and community passion together. Today, she is expanding
