Refunds for training programs and workshops are available if requested at least seven days before the scheduled start date. Requests made three to six days before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund. Requests made within seventy‑two hours of the program start date are generally not refundable; however, participants may transfer to a future session at no additional cost.

Digital products, downloadable materials, and online modules are non‑refundable due to immediate access. Refunds for consulting services follow the terms outlined in the signed service agreement. If a program is canceled by Felicia Sanders Training Solutions, LLC, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to another session.
